Their 30+ years’ experience quickly becomes obvious after your first meeting. All of this came to fruition as the home sold in two hours for the asking price, and closed within 30 days. First, they recommended some upgrades be done to the home before listing. The vendors they recommended promptly and professionally finished the upgrades within weeks. They attended all the appointments with the vendors and managed the installations personally.
