Marksheffel is a large, mostly undeveloped part of northeast El Paso County. A community is currently being developed for most of this area. The area extends from Woodmen Rd. on the north to Constitution Ave. on the south and Marksheffel Rd. on the west and Highway 24 on the east.
These large ranchlands between Powers & Falcon are also close to Peterson Field and the Colorado Springs Airport, a great choice if you are looking for a new home in a new community.
