The northeast part of Colorado Springs is home to many beautiful parks nestled in the open spaces among the Austin Bluffs including Palmer Park, The Garden Ranch Park, Keller Park, and Fremont Park. Dining and shopping are quite close as well with The Woodmen Valley Shopping Center, University Village Center and Shops at the Bluff only minutes away.
The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs is also located in this neighborhood so this part of the city is quite popular with the students of all ages.
